As 2009 finally draws to its close, and as we reflect and make our resolutions for the new year, Just taking this opportunity to wish you all a happy and propserous new year. Surely 2010 will be an amazing year from the looks of it!

Honestly, even with the coming of Joomla 1.6 and the enormous effort by the COMMUNITY of developers to make this the best Joomla! yet, my enthusiasm keeps fading on a daily basis, and its quickly being replaced with a feeling of frustration and “what’s the point”. I should have written this post way back in September just before it was time to go back into my studies, just to explain to those who have followed and encourage my work, understand why I almost just want to disappear from the Joomla community, wishing I never ventured. I understand that disappearing will not help me, it will not help those who are greatly interested in Joomunity, now Tuiyo (read on for why the name change, and the only reason why i will keep developing this component) project.

Good News, Good News. Spoke to a lovely lady today over the phone at HTC support UK. Apparently my HTC diamond has been repaired free of any charges and i will be getting it back in a few days. In other news the iPhone 3G finally comes to other carries including T-mobile, and Orange. Should i give up my winMo and Android phones for an iPhone?

Finally a post on life hacker i can agree with on achieving your goal by keeping them to your self. Its true though, that sometimes discussing it with others could help some encouragement.

Tuiyo system plug in which adds Javascript chat, and other functionality to the front-end is having some difficulties in internet explorer, None the less i am taking my break now. Time to catch up with a few friends
